• Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme is tailored to meet the needs of the graduate. They have a Senior Manager mentor assigned to them as soon as they are appointed - and are advised by technical mentors at every stage of their career.

After an initial discussion which is held in line with the Teradyne self-assessment process, graduates will be invited to devise a Learning and Development Plan in conjunction with their Manager.  Follow-up self-assessments will then be held and, where appropriate, the Learning and Development Plan revised.
